An inflation clause in the contract is normally not included, because our policy is to fix the price of materials and equipment at the beginning, by giving a down payment to suppliers and vendors.

Our supervisors perform the quality control activities on the construction site, in accordance with the in-house quality control manuals, with which they are well acquainted.
The warranty period against defects is normally one-year after the project completion. However, we will take care of any problems caused by design and construction defects, even after the warranty period has expired.
Whenever we are contracted as designer-builder, we minimize the project completion time through the use of the “Fast Track” method.
We plan the shorest project schedule, taking into consideration local weather conditions and socio-economical situations, as well as on-time delivery control of materials and equipment to the construction site.
